Yes, your husband or wife, as well as children under 21 years of age can come to the U.S. with you on E-2 dependent visas. They can live with you in the U.S. while you maintain your E-2 status. Once your child or children turn 21 years old, they can continue to remain in the U.S. on the E-2 dependent visa only until their 21st birthday.
